Temp Staffing (Short or Long-Term)
Temporary staffing addresses your company’s need for a flexible workforce. Whether you need additional staff for just a few days or as long as a few months, we can provide you with that talent – when you need it, for as long as you need it. Our temporary employees are legal employees of ADEETA Corporate Staffing and we handle all payroll taxes & liabilities, worker’s compensation and general liability insurance while they are on our payroll. Temporary employees are paid each week and clients are invoiced on a weekly basis.
Contract/Temp-To-Hire Staffing
Temp-to-Hire staffing allows your company to get the additional talent you need, while also affording you the opportunity to assess the person for fit and performance before hiring them on to your team. You can get work done, begin the training process and determine if they are the right fit for your company’s culture all before extending them an offer of employment. The same pay and bill process used for temp staffing is followed for temp-to-hire, and profit made along the way is applied to the Fee Balance until there is a zero balance. However, you are able to make an offer of employment at any time and simply pay the balance of the fee due. This allows you to customize a scenario that best meets your company’s needs.
Direct Hire Staffing
Our Direct Hire staffing process provides your company with resumes on prescreened candidates for review and selection. This saves you the time and distraction of posting jobs, reading hundreds of resumes, conducting phone interviews, tracking down employment references, and handling arrangements for face to face interviews. All you have to do is review, select and get ready for your candidate to arrive for their interview – it’s as simple as that. And after you determine which candidate you want to hire, we handle extending the offer and making the arrangements for them to report for their first day of work.
