LOOKING TO HIRE – If you are an employer looking to hire we know that one little job post can generate lots of resumes for you. Most people would think that is a GOOD thing, but, from what we are hearing, that is not always the case. We had one client call, exasperated, after posting her open position and getting 312 resumes in her inbox in just two days. Where is the nightmare in that? She didn’t have the TIME to review 312 resumes, much less the TIME to make 100 phone screen calls to the ones that looked legit. Ever tracked how much time it takes to call 100 people? It’s a lot.
