This position will be vital to the day to day accounting function of the business, so candidates must be able to jump in and hit the ground running. The position will be responsible for, but not limited to: payables, receivables, payroll, assisting with weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, assisting the 3rd party CPA, and more. Candidates must have a strong understanding of GAAP and be proficient in QuickBooks (desktop preferred), and MS Word and Excel. Construction accounting isn't a requirement, but is a HUGE plus.
