A well-respected investment firm is looking to bring on a new accounting administrator to their team. This position will be a high level administrative role supporting the accounting department. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to: assisting in communication to investors, lenders, and financial institutions, organizing and posting portfolio updates, uploading bank statements, updating and managing the security features of the accounting software, updating cash summaries, cross training in accounts payable, and more. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years working in a high level administrative role, familiarity with accounting principles, e=be extremely detail oriented, be able to multi-task and prioritize on the fly, and have good discretionary skills. A Bachelors Degree is preferred, but not a requirement.
