This position will handle a number of functions including but not limited to: financial reporting, property management accounting, cashflow management, forecasting, oversight of finance transactions, and oversee a small number of accounting professionals. Ideal candidates will have Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting, at least 5 years of accounting experience (preferably nonprofit accounting), good interpersonal skills, knowledge of YARDI software, accounting management experience, and have strong vendor management skills.
