A local commercial real estate company is looking to bring on a new administrative assistant to their team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that has great tenure with it’s employees and has a great office culture. This position will be responsible for interact with tenants, maintenance staff and order coordination and reporting, assist in accounting functions like A/P, collecting rent payments, budget prep, some reconciliations, and maintenance of insurance certificates. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of property management experience, have strong know of Word, Excel and Outlook, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have strong discretionary skills.
