A consulting company in downtown New Orleans is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant onto their team. This position will provide administrative support to the leadership team, and will perform duties including preparing correspondence, answering phones and directing calls, ordering supplies, handling data entry, providing customer service, and ensuring that the office is organized and running smoothly. Candidates must have strong computer skills, organizational skills, and communication skills. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and also collaborate on certain projects. Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience are preferred. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
