We are working with a fantastic, locally-based contracting business to help hire a new administrative professional to their team! This position will be a crucial part of a small office team and will handle a number of functions including, but not limited to: gathering timesheets and helping process payroll, answering phones, ordering supplies, recruiting for specific positions, and helping coordinate logistics. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy, and take pride in their work. MS Excel proficiency IS A MUST. The office environment is a bit laxed, but the caliber of their work is top notch!
