A fantastic insurance company in Metairie is looking to bring on a new administrative assistant to their HR department! This person will support the HR team with various administrative functions, and that includes (but isn’t limited to) scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, taking minutes at meetings, maintaining records, and working on special projects. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to work with all types of people, good people and customer service skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
