We are working with a prestigious financial advisory firm on the West Bank to help find them a new Administrative Assistant! The Administrative Assistant is an important member of the team and helps ensure the office runs smoothly, customer service goals are met, and provides administrative support to the advisors. Job responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: maintaining client files, assisting with client account management, helping prepare reports and presentations for advisors, and keeping up with changing laws of the financial sector. Ideal candidates will have an exceptional eye for detail, strong communication skills, strong organizational skills and poised, polished and professional.
