A local government agency is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant onto their team! Some responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the leadership team, answering phone calls, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, expense reporting, and completing special projects. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant position, and must have expert-level Microsoft Office skills. Candidates must be highly organized and self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing multiple workloads and meeting deadlines, all in a fast-paced environment. 35 hours/week, $25/hr.
