A fast paced Metairie accounting firm is looking to bring on an administrative person to their team! This person will help support a team of 4. Core duties will include, but are not limited to, supporting the accountants with answering phones, admin tasks, mail, schedule meetings, handle intake of new clients, print & scan documents, send forms electronically, and make some collections calls for past due billing.  Quickbooks familiarity is a +. The candidate will be well spoken (as they are the first line of communication for high level clients), dependable and trustworthy. This is a great opportunity to be part of a well respected company.
