Primary responsibilities include preparing invoices and account receivable reports, supporting with payroll and accounts payable, performing account reconciliations, and providing general accounting support. Candidates should have a few years of related experience and a college degree in accounting. Candidates must be organized, have strong time management skills, and work well in a team environment (this position works closely with a small accounting team). Experience with Quickbooks, Vantagepoint, and ADP is a plus. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity and pay rate is $25-30/hr DOE.
