A fantastic, locally-based insurance company is looking to bring on a new HR professional to their team! This person will handle a number of HR functions, but will specialize in compensation and benefits. This person will help develop, implement, administer, maintain, and supervise compensation structure and benefits programs. This person will also communicate this information to the management team and to all program participants. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of compensation and benefits experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, be able to work with all types of people, have excellent communication skills and have a strong eye for detail.
