We are working with a fantastic local architectural firm to secure a new contracts coordinator. This a great company is passionate about what it does, puts a premium on it’s culture, and respects it’s employees. The contracts coordinator will handle a number of functions including preparation of contracts, monitor/track contracts, and ensure timely entry into the contract software. The position will also handle some light accounting functions including processing invoices, generating reports, and some AR. There will also be other administrative duties as needed. Candidates must have contract coordination experience, preferably using AIA software. Ideal candidates will have a good eye for detail, be comfortable working autonomously and with a team, have strong communication skills and have strong knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
