An insurance company is looking to bring on a new customer service representative to their team! This position will be in a call center environment and will responsible for fielding calls and emails, reviewing claims, entering claim data into the system, accurately coding, general correspondence with persons filing claims and more. Candidates should have experience with ICD10, CPT codes and HIPAA guidelines, possess strong customer service and communication skills, strong data entry skills, the ability to multi-task and would ideally be bilingual in Spanish and English.
