We are working with a well-respected, luxury retailer to help bring on a new Customer Service Coordinator to their team! This business is passionate about their products and the services they provide, so candidates must have impeccable customer service skills and be able to interact with people from all walks of life. The position will be responsible for a large amount of customer service, acting as the main point of contact for repairing, cleaning and servicing certain products (from fielding requests to tracking its progress and delivery of the finished goods), and continued learning of new products. Ideal candidates will be professional and polished, have good organizational skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have strong communication skills.
