We have a great organization that is looking for new leadership in their HR function. If you have previous HR director/manager experience and would love to work in an amazing “do gooder” organization, then read on! The ideal candidate will be compassionate, professional, cause driven and have the ability to lead; will have solid experience in HR as a manager or director (or the equivalent depending on title); be able to oversee all aspects of the HR function; a good grasp on HR compliance issues; be able to resolve conflicts on many levels; develop a positive rapport with employees from entry level to C suite; be willing to do limited traveling in a small geographic area; have experience with or able to ramp up quickly on employee KPIs; but most importantly have outstanding interpersonal skills.
