An advertising agency in downtown New Orleans is looking for a Finance & Administration Generalist to join their great team! Primary responsibilities include billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, banking, accounting support, and general office administration activities. Candidates MUST have experience with accounting support activities and have familiarity with accounting software. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who takes initiative and is proactive with accomplishing tasks.
