A fantastic, local real estate developer is looking to bring on a new HR Manager to their team! This position will handle a load of HR functions including, but not limited to the following:
- Onboarding & Training
- Performance Management
- Employee Relations
- HR Compliance
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of HR experience (recruiting experience is a huge plus), have strong critical thinking skills, a good eye for detail, be able to work with every level of employee, be comfortable taking initiative, and have strong knowledge of MS Office.
