Office Administrator
We are working with a local church to bring on a new office administrator to their team! This will be a part-time position, ~25 hours per week, and will provide crucial administrative and bookkeeping functions for the office. Functions for this position include, but aren’t limited to, preparing the weekly newsletter, preparing the Sunday bulletin, ordering supplies, acting as the liaison with rental clients, maintaining the church Calendar, and accounting duties such as posting payments transactions, journal entries, accounts payables, and running reports. Ideal candidates will be bright, proactive problem solvers, takes ownership of their work, and someone who enjoys working with people. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel, Google Suite are required. Knowledge of ACS Realm and Constant Contact would be huge plusses!
