A local architectural firm is looking to bring on a new office manager to their team! This position will handle a great deal off functions including but not limited to: managing office supplies, processing invoices, contract renewals, document management (scanning and filing), travel arrangements for board members, website maintenance, HR and IT support, coordination of meetings and events, and more. This position is crucial to the organization as they keep everything well oiled and running smoothly. Ideal candidates will be high energy and positive, organized, deadline driven, able to work independently and as part of a team, have at least an Associate’s Degree, have strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and have at least 5 years of Office Management experience.
