A local software company is looking to bring on a new administrative and recruiting assistant to their team. The recruiting component of this position will be to help conduct initial phone interviews of potential candidates (about 35/week), asses information, and help determine if candidates should be set up for technical assessments and any further steps. Other functions include coordinating happy hours and virtual events, ordering company clothes and office supplies, and other administrative functions as needed. This position will be remote but will require some travel to the office to get/drop off supplies and things like that. Ideal candidates will be tech savvy, have an interest in computers, be dedicated and reliable, have at least 1 year of work in a professional environment, and enjoy talking to people.
